Job description
- Manage end to end recruitments as per design basis for the respective business’s handled
- Manage HR Operations - Joining formalities, Employee Database, workplace arrangements, R matrix, Transfers, Full and Final Settlement etc
- Employee Engagement & Grievance resolution- Driving Employee Engagement activities for the assigned region. Be one-point contact for employee queries and grievances. Provide employees with timely help, guidance and support.
- Support in driving activities like PMS, rewards & recognitions, employee surveys etc as and when required as per the management directions.
- Maintaining updated Organization Structures of the Businesses
- Resolve employee queries on Salary, Loans, Travel, Attendance
