SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
The main motive of the Company is to deliver the products purchased from BeUnic in the best condition and fastest possible time. We have tied up with our logistics partners and all orders placed gets dispatched through them from our centralized warehouse.
Given below is the estimated delivery time, based on the location of the buyer

As a promotional offer to our customers the delivery is free of any charge as of now. It might change in future.
Our Courier Partners
Depending upon the location of buyer, we choose the best of courier services and hence we have collaborated with few branded and reputed logistics companies with us.
At this point, BeUnic delivers products only within India. Enter your pin code in the available box at the product page to see if that particular pin code is serviceable or not by us. The PIN codes where we provide services are often updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
For the orders which are returned to us as undelivered, are not able to be re-shipped. If the customer still requires the same product, he/she will have to place the order once again on the website.
Reason for Undeliverable Packages :
- Incorrect Address : The package can be returned to us if the address is incorrect. Please double check the address before placing the order.
- Illegible Shipping Label : Many times the shipping labels become illegible during the shipping and handling process
- Failed Delivery Attempts : Most of the courier services that deliver our items make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If no one is available to accept the delivery once multiple attempts are made, the package will be returned to us.
- Damaged During Transit : If a package is damaged on its way to you, the courier service will return it to us without attempting delivery.
- Refused by Recipient : If you are not present at the address mentioned and someone refuses to accept the package, as they believe it was sent to them in by mistake.
In cases pertaining to point # 2 and # 4, BeUnic will be happy to refund any money paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, along with the shipping charges when and where applicable. But for cases related to point # 1, 3 and 5, the delivery charges will not be refunded.

You can place orders on BeUnic using debit card/credit card/internet banking/UPI or wallets.
Issues with Payment
a. Payment Failure
Payments could fail due to network or balance issue, we’ll send you an e-mail to notify you of the payment failure.
Note: If your payment is debited from your account even after a payment failure, then don’t worry it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
b. Payment Pending
A pending payment message could also be received due to following reasons:
Payment confirmation pending : If the payment has been made using net banking, we may be awaiting the bank’s confirmation. This process may take some time. In the meantime you may contact your bank.
Problem in contacting your bank or card may cause delay. If so, you will receive an e-mail from us.
Incomplete payment :If at any time your initial payment attempt was unsuccessful, the payment might stay in pending stage. In that case please retry to pay again once you go to ”CHECKOUT”, when you receive an email from us, so that we can process your order immediately.
Note : If your payment continues to be process, you will see a “We haven’t received payment confirmation from your bank or credit card yet”. In such cases, do not attempt paying a second time unless you’re sure that your payment failed.
If you mistakenly pay double, we’ll refund your extra payment within a few days.
Any order placed with us can be cancelled till it has not been packed in our warehouse. For orders consisting of multiple items, the entire order will be cancelled, not the selected items, pre-paid and post-paid, both the orders can go through cancellation.
You can cancel your order by visiting “Order History” section in My Account.
- Locate the Order after going through ORDER HISTORY, you want to cancel.
- Click over the order ID to see the items in that order.
- Click Cancel to finish.
After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your registered account.
You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Order History, if you see the order in Cancelled status, it was successfully cancelled.
A refund will be initiated once the request is processed.
If you had opted for payment on Delivery, there’s no amount to be refunded as a result of you haven’t bought your order.
For prepaid orders, you will receive refund into your source bank within 2-3 days from the time of order cancellation after deducting 3% of the order value as payment gateway charges.

BeUnic allows you to return or exchange item purchased from BeUnic.in website within 14 days of receipt of the item.
You are required to give a valid justification of return or exchange. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Original invoice and all other accessories or free gifts that come along with the product should be returned back with the item. You can exchange shoes for a different size or color, if the new variant is in stock.
To return or exchange your product, then please contact our customer support team or write to us at [email protected] with order ID.
After submitting the return request, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your registered account.
Your request will be forwarded to the customer support team, it will review and authorize your return request. You will receive a phone call from BeUnic customer support team asking you to schedule a return pickup. You will simply need to tell the date and time of pickup.
Soon after this you will receive an e-mail with the instructions on how to return your item. You can either paste the original invoice on your package or you can write our warehouse return address and Return ID on a piece of paper and paste it onto the return package.
There are two ways to send the product to us:
- Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if item meets the return criteria and is within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, as your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner.
Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, they will perform the quality check at their end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid (may vary as per the applied discount coupons/ vouchers over the order) for the products within 1-2 days into your source bank account. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
In case of any refund discrepancies, BeUnic may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
