Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any order placed with us can be cancelled till it has not been packed in our warehouse.


Please email us at with your registered email ID and the order number within 48 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped already we will process a refund.


After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your registered account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Order History, if you see the order in Cancelled status, it was successfully cancelled.

A refund will be initiated once the request is processed.

You will receive a refund in your bank account within 7-14 working days from the time of order cancellation.
