Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any order placed with us can be cancelled till it has not been packed in our warehouse.
You can cancel your order by visiting “Order History” section in My Account.
- Locate the Order after going through ORDER HISTORY, you want to cancel.
- Click over the order ID to see the items in that order.
- Click Cancel to finish.
After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your registered account.
You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Order History, if you see the order in Cancelled status, it was successfully cancelled.
A refund will be initiated once the request is processed.
If you had opted for payment on Delivery, there’s no amount to be refunded as a result of you haven’t bought your order.
For prepaid orders, you will receive a refund into your source bank within 2-3 days from the time of order cancellation after deducting 3% of the order value as payment gateway charges.
